In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, please make sure to record first when unpacking, and keep the shipping order paper. If there is no above information, it will not be accepted.
EXCEPTIONS
Any items designated “final sale” or purchased on sale or on promotion are not eligible for return. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
- To return an item, please email customer service at pipworkspace@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.
- Repackage the item(s) you would like to return.
- Ship the parcel back to the address provided by us through email.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
